These Terms govern your use of the Traveller mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Operator

2) Eligibility and accounts

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract where you live.
• You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3) The Service

• Traveller provides travel information, city guides, planning tools, and related features.
• Travel information can change; always verify critical details with official sources.

4) User content (UGC)

• You may upload content only if you have the rights to do so.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

License: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

Moderation: We may remove content or restrict accounts for violations of these Terms or law.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the Service.
• Scrape or automate access in a way that harms performance.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.

6) Paid features and subscriptions

• Some features require a subscription or purchase.
• On iOS, payments use Apple In‑App Purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple’s rules.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to paid unless cancelled before it ends.

7) Third-party services and links

The Service may link to third-party websites and use third-party providers (maps, places data, authentication, media streaming). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service and its content/software, except user content and third-party content.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avirel Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11) Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the Service any time. You can delete your account in-app: Profile → Delete account.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide notice of material changes where required.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, except where local consumer laws require otherwise.
